Typically 1-2 weeks from order to completion. This includes parts ordering, assembly, testing, and software setup. Rush builds may be available depending on parts availability and current workload.
Can you work with my budget?
Absolutely. We'll discuss your needs and budget upfront and recommend the best configuration within your price range. We can also show tiered options (good/better/best) so you can see what different budgets get you.
Do you reuse any parts from my old computer?
In some cases, yes! Depending on your old PC, we might be able to reuse the case, power supply, storage drives, or other components to reduce costs. We'll evaluate what can be safely reused.
What if I want to upgrade later?
That's the beauty of custom builds! We can help you upgrade RAM, add storage, swap the GPU, or upgrade other components down the road. Many of our build customers come back for upgrades every few years.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes! If you've already purchased components or want to source them yourself, we can provide assembly and setup services. Just know that we can't warranty parts we didn't supply.
Do you build laptops?
No, laptops can't be custom built from components like desktops can. However, we can help you select the right pre-built laptop for your needs and budget, then handle setup, optimization, and configuration.
